  • The vintage Anderson propeller is re-purposed as a fun and interesting antique aviation wall lamp.
  • This solid aluminum propeller was manufactured via the Anderson Propeller company at the DuPage County Airport in West Chicago. Appears to be from the 1960's.
  • To add to the intrigue the propeller shows signs of being in an accident.  looks like it was landed gear up and curled the ends of the prop blades
  • The propeller spinner is also a vintage aviation piece. Appears to be from a Cessna 310.
  • Lighting is provided by 4 retro bulbs hanging from linen cloth covered wire.
  • The bulbs are secured with heavy duty high quality light sockets.  Sockets are common medium size.
  • This piece will ship with a 10' power cord but it would look best if hard wired into a socket by an electrician. A dimmer switch is built into the nosecone.
  • Electrical components used in the making of these lamps are UL approved.
  • All new wiring is secured, safe, and meets safety standards.
  • Mounting
    • Hangs on the wall like a picture with two heavy duty screws into a stud.
