Shawn Carling is the founder and visionary behind Machine Age Lamps, creating unique handcrafted designs from reclaimed industrial and mechanical parts.

Doug has been a close friend of Shawn's since they were in middle school. He is now a key part of the Machine Age Lamps team. He leads the construction of our custom bars and larger projects, bringing skill, precision, and craftsmanship to every build.

Lori has been married to Shawn for over 20 years and has been part of Machine Age Lamps since the very beginning. She plays an essential role in keeping everything running smoothly by managing inventory and ordering materials, wiring the electrical components for each lamp, and handling all shipping and receiving.
